Hello, I’m Mary!

I believe each person is unique and deserves counseling that is tailored with care, respect, and genuine empathy. I work collaboratively with my clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect your goals and needs. Healing is a process that unfolds over time, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds has given me the opportunity to specialize in areas such as Substance Use Disorders, PTSD and Complex PTSD, gender-affirming care, neurodivergence, and culturally responsive therapy. I am trained in EMDR and draw from a range of approaches, including CBT, DBT, IFS, somatic practices, polyvagal theory, and systems theory, to best support each individual.

I believe that you already hold the strength and insight needed for growth and healing. My role is to help guide and support you in accessing those inner resources. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space where you can explore, connect, and move forward with confidence.
