What if I prefer to do my counseling online?
That is 100% okay! We have clinicians that offer both in-person and virtual sessions, so you can experience your counseling from the security of your home if that is what makes you most comfortable.
Can you prescribe medication?
While we do not prescribe medicine, we have excellent referral partners who are ready and available to support medication management for our clients in collaboration with our counseling.
How do I make an appointment?
Click here to fill out our Appointment Request form and get started on your journey with PathwaysFCS. Someone will be in touch within 24 hours to match you with a clinician and get your counseling started.
What if I do not have insurance, or can’t afford counseling?
We believe in making mental health care available to all which is why we are pleased to offer the Sliding Fee Discount Program for individuals and families who are uninsured, underinsured, or experiencing financial hardship. Click here to read more about the program and see if it is right for you.
What if my legal partner's insurance is better than mine; can I use theirs?
When you have health insurance through more than one plan, coordination of benefits (COB) is the process insurance companies use to decide which plan pays first and how much the secondary plan will cover. We provide our clients with guidance on this process at the start when you begin counseling at Pathways. To learn more about COB, click here.
