I want to welcome you to a space dedicated to your health and well-being. My practice focuses on women’s mental health, including anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, maternal/perinatal issues, and relationship dynamics. I understand that each woman’s experience is unique, and I am committed to providing personalized care that respects your individual journey. 

As someone who is certified in Women’s Health Issues, my approach is grounded in building a strong therapeutic alliance, fostering resilience, and empowering you to make positive changes in your life. Whether you're facing life transitions, grappling with self-doubt, or dealing with the pressures of modern life, I’m here to offer support and guidance. Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, and person-centered therapy, I work collaboratively with you to address your concerns and establish goals.
