My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can process your experiences, explore your thoughts and feelings, and gain helpful tools along the way. Together, we’ll work to build understanding, strengthen your skills, and support the changes and growth you deserve. 

I support individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. In our work together, we focus on goals to help you feel supported while learning practical tools to manage emotions better and feel more confident in your daily life.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to navigate things alone. If you’re looking for a space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
